It has happened.

A maddening new setback in my recovery…

Something that I had NOT considered when I envisioned every possible nightmare scenario which may befall me while I am home alone during the day.

Late this morning, the kid had a basketball game, the first game of his season that I will have to miss. As such, he and the wife are out of the house for hours, leaving me alone with the throw-rug pooping felines.

No Problem.

I’ll stay here on the bed like a good boy and nothing could go …

Having just spent the prior week at your Grandmother’s, I have amassed quite a bit of material about which to blog. At 80-something and 90-something, your Grandmother and Grandfather are very good predictors of what you could expect from me when I get older (yes, there are older people than me, son). I say “could” because I am desperately clinging to the hope that somehow I’ll be different.

I love ‘em and they deserve all the respect due our elders, but that doesn’t mean I want to become them …

Mere hours after blogging and uploading videos for my New Era Flagship Store post, I went to retire to my guestroom when I discovered a grizzly scene. The brand new, only worn for 4 hours, Clink Kong fitted was on the floor, covered in drool, and teared in to ribbons!
